And when I tried to tribute paintings in the blackcry, I got attacked by 3 monsters and couldn't tribute the paintings.

I noticed that I can't get exp from killing lesser enemies like kobolds, boars and wolves. Is it a bug ?
Nope. I removed it, to remove incentives for grinding. Now only unique enemies, quests and dialogue checks grant exp.
ouch, that's gonna be hard for my hoarder rogue.

btw I have lit 2 torches when I tried to tribute the painting as instructed and still got attacked. Perhaps I missed something that got me attacked.
